DIY Speech Therapy?

DIY Speech Therapy? Are there online resources (YouTube videos, apps, etc) I could use to help with talking too fast? My daughter (14F) has a fluency issue with talking too fast to be understood. She comes by it honestly; I used to echo words as a child, I stuttered as a teen, and now I just have a problem with talking too fast. Her father also stutters. Does anyone know of resources for us to use? She doesn’t want to go to a speech therapist, but she does want to be easier to understand. Thanks!
