Stuttering truly humbled me and gave me a great perspective on the world, and I wasn’t always like this. I didn’t start stuttering until around age 18. I had a pretty big ego in high school and I always thought I was just better than everyone else. As frustrating as stuttering is sometimes, in a way it’s something I kind of needed. I truly believe everyone needs to go through some sort of struggle in their life in order to grow.
