I don't know, I also stutter a lot. I mostly stutter in social interactions, and from what I can see, you probably have the same issue. What helped me was trying to speak more slowly and opening my mouth more when saying a word. Sometimes, my stutter happens because I don't open my mouth enough. Try to forget that you stutter, or maybe try to accept it. Even though it is very hard to accept, it may help relieve the stress of stuttering. If you also want to practice for the long term, you could try reading more books. It helped me, but it will probably take some time, so I hope the other tips will be enough to help with your stuttering for now. I hope this helps!
