I was a technical writer for awhile and liked it. My stutter is moderate and it's mostly blocking. I didn't have too much speaking to do as all collaboration with teammates was on slack or Microsoft Teams. I'm happy to answer any questions. FWIW Now I teach web dev and I've been a programmer for over 20 years. Maybe your teacher was just bad so you couldn't follow the lessons. I can point you in the right direction if you want to try again. If you cheated by looking up the answers on stackoverflow, you're already a dev :)
