I truly believe light stutterers are recognized as normal speakers even though they stutter but that's neglectable, moderate stutterers can be recognized as stutterers and I also believe most of narrations about a guy stumbling upon others who stutter are mainly describing moderate stutterers, but as for severe stutterers, and yeah I know how hard life is in this condition, they have stloads of blocks and stuttering has impaired their communication abilities by a lot nearly into oblivion and makes them socially cast and probably that's why most people can't even come across any severe stutterer in their lives.. So imo they need the most advocacies, no? I saw your posts for once bro, and no I can totally have sympathy of what severe PWS are suffering so that's why I am resolved to commit my whole life into helping PWS until the cure comes out.
