But a lot of the secondary anxiety and nervousness that augmented my stutter went away because of speech therapy, and I am a lot more confident in my speech than I was five years ago. And I am SO much more confident talking about my stutter and educating others about it. do you still go? i went for about a year and i am "graduated" now. but i'm not fully fix. he said for me it's about regular practice now.
