I might sound a bit odd but I gave up on therapy and practice I always think that the problem is not medical. Because we can speak fluently alone so. I started to listen to anything loud when speaking using wireless airpods pro to be specific with noise cancellation. When you speak raise the volume to the max. Then when you need to listen lower the volume. It works wonders for me and i am socialising to the best of my ability. The secret is when you speak you shouldn’t be able to hear your voice due to noise cancellation but when you start listening to your voice you should lower the volume of your speech because you’ll stutter a little bit. It’s tricky but it’s worth trying i can safely say that 90% of it goes a way the rest 10% is when you forget what to say. Important thing when you record your voice while speaking in a noise cancellation headphones or earbuds, you’ll notice when you reply the recording that you speak slowly without noticing while you speak.
