I think you should socialize with more people and hear more stories from someone you trust. Go to a church and ask In History and until now people who are blind and have a disease with no cure lots of them got cured by praying to God. And blindness is an example, Jesus the prophet : God gave him the ability to cure blindness. It's famous between Christians and Muslims and Jews. But if you are an athiest then my words are not gonna work with you anyway. But just make sure to know that there is no retuning from death . You live a short time and die a long long time.
