I also need an answer to this, I need to know how to reply to this. Because it seems like...blind sympathy if you know what I mean. Struggling on a word once or dealing with it when you're REALLY nervous, I don't classify as the same thing as me. They don't go through what we do and I don't know how to say it without sounding like a jerk. I rant once in a while and my friends always use that example and I get dumbstruck because the experience I describe to them, they won't be able to fully experience with their one mess up that they get once a year. I feel like I can explain it to the bare detail but they will still bring that example up to "comfort" me.
