One way of doing it is to figure out for yourself why you are arfaid. Is it because you are ashamed of stuttering? Do you have bad experiences tied to stuttering in front of people (E.g. bullying)? Is it something from your childhood that still sticks with you today? Dont say you have to do this, because it might be a long bumpy road into the abyss of your own mind.
