Currently I don’t have a job. I left the call center because of the vaccine mandates, then went into youth support. I’m trying to find remote work still … What helped me was practicing talking by myself and diaphragm breathing. Also using the DAF app, I was also very upfront and honest with my team leads about my speech, took the pressure off.
