Hmmm so what do we have here? A person that is seems "supportive" that tries to understand a person that stutters and confort her like tell her that "it's ok i do it too!". But the person who stutters gives a not so polite respond and a quite quarrelsome one! In result the non stutterer will feel confused and the stutterer propably sad, ashamed etc. So what do we do here? We need to inform the other person about our stutter. Stuttering is not when we prolongate a word. Stuttering is not when we repeat a word and when bubbling. It's not when we say "wh-what", stuttering is when we try to say "what" and we end up saying "wha wha wha wha wha wha wha wha WHAT"!( like a machine gun) To sum up, don't feel ashamed about it! Make it clear first for you what is stuttering and then when you find a supportive, open minded and curious person EDUCATE THEM! We are the ones that we must free ourselves from our insecurities, because stuttering is still a taboo and we are the ones that must change it. Keep doing your thing, keep pushing and keep educate everyone about your "disabillity" Have a geat night
