There are different types of stutters: 1. Repetitions that are infrequent, easily move to next sound and don’t have any attached emotions 2. Repetitions that are more frequent, harder to move to next sound, some anxiety 3. Repetitions have mostly been replaced with hard blocks, fear, and tons of avoiding behaviors. You end up at 3 because you try to hide your repetitions from 1. Let people hear repetitions, and you’ll be able to say what you want and how.
