This is a huge problem for all of us. Sometimes putting words in front of your name to give you time can make it easier. Like instead of just saying your name, say “Hi, I’m…” Or, “it’s great to meet you, I’m…” I find it easier in the middle of a sentence then just leading with it. But it’s still tough.
