In the official PDF about the thiamine (vitamin B1) method for stuttering, it is explained that the main focus of the method is to get thiamine to reach the brain and cross the blood-brain barrier. To achieve this, megadoses of 300 mg or more are used. However, one piece of information that the PDF does not mention is a specific form of thiamine designed precisely to overcome the difficulties of regular thiamine in penetrating the barrier. This form is called **"Thiamine TTFD"**, developed in 1960. I must admit that I am extremely tempted to try this type of thiamine and see the results regarding stuttering, but I no longer have money to spend on supplements and vitamins. However, if someone with the financial means is willing to test it and share the results with us, that would be really great.
