Ok, I see what you mean. But I think still maybe your body is not comfortable with excitement, so it makes you have a stuttering block to dim the feeling. Does this make sense? It happens to me to when I get excited about something. It’s kinda like when someone receives a compliment and they’re not comfortable being praised, so they instantly compliment the other person as a way of getting rid of the happiness they feel. We all have different ways of blocking out emotions, and stuttering can be one of them.
