I mean, stuttering is very different than stage fright or being nervous sometimes. Severe stutterers are constantly anxious, even while ordering food or saying hi. I get that everyone feels nervous sometimes, but it's different than physicially not being able to say something. Barring a severe generalized anxiety disorder (or something like Tourettes) very few people feel the same way.
