Follow up question- when did you start seeing your stutter as a stutter? Might seem weird but from my gen z POV many "differences" per say decades ago were just seen as problems. I can totally imagine for kids that stuttered "back in the day" they were just told they were too stupid to get their words out. I'm curious when older stutterers saw it as a stutter versus not having good communication skills or whatever
