I have a slight stutter which I discovered recently, and I take Adderall and when my medication wears off I start stammering and stuttering so not only am I in cognitive disarray having no ability to start things and not knowing what I’m doing at all, going from one thing to the next back to first thing than back again I also start stuttering and not being able to think or say words (sometimes) , and I work in a papa Murphy’s and when my meds wear off I get much slower at making pizzas and I was working phones today so I have difficulty speaking properly on the phone and I have to write down phone numbers which is absolutely the worst with adhd you just can’t remember. It’s a nightmare. But when my meds are in effect most of this goes away, except for the number thing. Also Op the loss of appetite is completely normal I experience it everyday even though I take it every day for a couple years now, and you get dehydrated quickly. When you take it for the first time in a long time you can get dizzy or unnerved. The funny thing is is that for most anybody who doesn’t have ADHD the medicine does not improve focus , if it does it’s practically knowledgeable. Basically think of it like this take a bicycle representing a neurotypical person, this bike has two wheels slap an extra one (medication) on there doesn’t really do much and it becomes a tricycle works just as well as a bike in most circumstances. Then take a normal car that is missing a wheel someone who has ADHD slap an extra wheel on that car it now is just a normal car nothing special to the other cars. Sorry for the essay
