Being relaxed, as already mentioned is key. That includes being comfortable. It seems like you were comfortable back on Colorado and therefore didn't feel as anxious. The advice I can think of may be interpreted as bad. This is my first time giving advice. I'm sorry if it offends you but perhaps, maybe, face your stutter. Getting more exposed to stuttering situations can may be helpful . This stutter can either be, mental, diaphragmatic, or neurological but I do think it can go away also, if you face it. Face your fear in a way. I want you to be a strong person. You can do it, I know you can, believe in yourself! Get knocked down, (figuratively) but not out. Get back up and punch back (figuratively.
