I’m sorry to hear how often this happens man. I’ve had a pretty bad stutter my whole life (still currently stutter) so I can resonate with that feeling of anger and rage. I’ve been a very antisocial person as well and go out of my way to avoid even the smallest things like ordering food or making small talk with coworkers. It took some time to get out of my head and try to make improvements. I’m nowhere near where I want to be, but I’m getting there, and so can you. Acceptance is probably our biggest feat. We can’t one day fix our stutter, but we can accept we have it for life. Personally, I listen to speech therapy videos on YouTube for free, and I practice on the people that already know I have a bad stutter. It’s the little things that count, and I know you’ll be in a better place soon enough. It’s only a matter of time my friend.
