As a guy in my late 20s who's struggled with stuttering since childhood, I know how tough it can be. I used to feel embarrassed in speech class and bullied because of it. One tip that really helped me is shifting my mindset from seeing stuttering as a flaw to embracing it as a part of who I am. Instead of fearing stuttering, I've learned to stutter freely, embrace life, and approach situations with confidence and a smile. Over time, I've noticed a significant improvement in my stuttering. It's definitely challenging at first, but changing your mindset is the first step towards overcoming it.
