One of the benefits of being a Podcaster is that you network with a lot of amazing and creative people. I am learning meditation from the Strong Body Strong Mind podcast hosted by Maria. She is an amazing teacher and I noticed that my fluency has improved. As for hypnosis, Google one in your location and many will work with you (payment wise) and I've learned a great deal about relaxation and breathing. For years, I would breathe through my chest when I should have been breathing through my diaphragm. The hypnotherapist also delves into your subconscious to help with your stutter. We are all different in our speech journey but these therapy modalities have helped me a great deal.
