Heavily heavily agree with this post. We all have those struggles of feeling helpless. I myself have them. And I fully relate to those people you mentioned because I was them. While those thoughts, feelings and doubt are valid and human, you can NOT validate them as rational thinking. It’s true, people who think like that need therapy. It took therapy for me to realise that kind of thinking is wrong. I don’t mean this in a condescending way whatsoever because like I said I was them, but when I see people here legit asking if it’s normal to order something easily said in a restaurant I’m like…??? Cmon man there has to ring a bell that you should enjoy life and let your stutter be.
