Do you think you have an opportunity in Tunisia? If not, I think you should take a chance. By taking a chance, going against your fears, you are more likely to encounter new opportunities and succeed. Plus, I would guess people are more accepting of speech difficulties in Europe than in North Africa. While there, I would also look into speech therapy like others have suggested. You said you tried a french therapy where they focused on muscle contraction. I think you know that that stuff doesn't really work. In another thread we talked about therapies that focused on being able to communicate well while stuttering, not only on fluency. It sounded like you liked the idea of accepting yourself and your speech. That doesn't mean you can't improve it, but if you only focus on fluency or the therapy only focuses on fluency, it's missing a very big part of being a person who stutters.
