Not at all, stuttering is nothing compared to some neurological issues patients have in the hospital that all my coworkers see literally every day. health care workers are also more likely to be empathetic (but not everyone obviously, for example a lot of surgeons). The surgeon in question is notorious being angry at literally anyone with the audacity to call them after midnight, so I was actually telling them so they wouldn't freak out over the dead air since I have a mostly blocking-type stutter.
