Stuttering when reading

Stuttering when reading I noticed a lot of stutterers say that they are fluent when reading but this is not the case for me. My stutter gets worse when reading, I get blocks in every single word I try to read, most of the times the word won't come out of my mouth and it's so intense compared to when I'm talking. Does anyone have the same problem or a solution to this problem?
