Hey man you're definitely not alone. I can't say my own name as well, so i would either say my last name or say my brother's name depending on the situation. Eventually i couldn't say my last name or my first name so i just said my middle. Now I'm able to say all 3 names with speech therapy and i have better fluency. I was a mild stutterer as well until i left home. From there mine went a bit more severe but i went back to mild after therapy. You should try it.
