I’d suggest using this one month to get into the habit of meditation and breathing exercises if you haven’t already. Any form of mental de-cluttering like journaling etc will help get unnecessary thoughts out of your system to help deal with anxiety and overthinking. I’d suggest speech therapy too if you haven’t considered it yet.
