I have a team reporting to me. I’ve been in this industry for over 20 yrs and currently work for a very large company and interact with a lot of people. I’ve realized that speech impediments are pretty common out there. It’s easy for me to pick up on someone else with a stutter/stammer even if it is slight, and I know of at least a few in my company. I’ve worked hard on the conciseness of my communication. Brief, to the point, the facts…done. I think my team appreciates that even if I do trip on a word here and there vs the guy that blabs on forever
