15M... That's a rough age. Maybe about as bad as it gets. You're not a child any longer. Not yet an adult. In addition to the social transitions going on, you have a ton of biology happening as well. Keep in mind that sometimes it's your head messing with you. Hormones running rampant. Channel the biology into something productive. Hit the weights. Run. Box. Physical exertion and growth are a healthy place to channel your attention when you're struggling. You aren't the same person today at 15 that you were two years ago at 13. You'll likely be just as different from who you are today at 17. You might be a boring person. If you have no interests or passions, that is kinda boring. But if you have interests, focus on those. Even if your current peers don't share your interests, you'll find your tribe one day. Or dive into new interests. ​ >I know I can reduce my stutter by 90% in a short time Do it. Start today. I'm thrilled to hear someone in this forum confident they can change. Most of the time I read the opposite "There's no way I will ever be fluent."
