1. Take a moment in the moment. You're obviously more nervous than you consciously know, and it's reflecting in your speech. Stop speaking. Reset your patterns. 2. Observe the offending party. They might be respected by you, by others. They might have acted the way others might have wanted to act, but it's generally expected that calling out a stutter is completely uncalled for. This person broke social protocol. 3. Understand you have a legitimate call for grievance. Take a deep breath. 4. Say, "go fuck yourself."
