I try my best to hide it (: but being in this field with a stutter/speech block is the most frustrating thing ever (in my pov). As a teacher, they expect us to have this super power that we could and should be able to do everything. Spontaneity is a big expectation. Trainings, workshops, interactions, announcements and many such things aren't easy tasks for someone like me. All I can say is that try to enjoy your job and do it without any fear of this stutter and the rest would turn out to be ok for you. Good luck!
