When I was applying to companies during my internship, I would just preface the interviews by saying that I had a speech impediment and that i hoped it wouldn't affect the outcome of the interview. I felt more comfortable doing this and it also explains the inevitable blocks I was bound to encounter during the interview. You can do this! Goodluck :))
