First off I suggest to find speech therapists but had better find those who also stutter but if you can't find any good ones then please get shrink's help! I am not good at consoling anyone who is suicidal so I can't say something that is very inspiring and well said but btw also joining a self-supportive group for PWS will be a good option, this sub's discord for example.
