No stutter while reading

No stutter while reading As the title suggests i never have stuttered in my entire life while reading. I have read in front of 100 people but didn't stuttered at all . But as soon as i start to speak i just stutter like anything and block and can't get the words out. My mind just cannot comprehend how the hell this is happening. Does anyone have any explanation to this or any solution that i can use .
