Letting yourself stutter is a good thing, it will give you confidence and ironically just the thought of letting yourself is like a reverse psychology effect and will lessen or take away your stutter if you truly wanna let yourself do it. Maybe it just takes the stress off almost entirely. I disagree with ignoring the stutter. It does help, it's basically like letting yourself stutter. You don't even think about it. If you hit a block, you know it will let go, you just let it. I don't mean hiding from the stutter, I mean literally to not worry about it because if there's no controlling it in the moment then worrying about it only makes it worse. Ignoring the worry and self consciousness gives confidence to you and to the listener to where they don't even need to dwell on it seeing your confidence (kinda like you see with those 2) and you don't need to dwell on it and can just move. When you fall and get back up, whats the point in thinking about it all day. Same with a stutter, all it does is bring up negative emotion and more fear, it's not necessary, at least until you get used to it and it no longer brings up more hesitation.
