Speech block as a medical student Hello everyone. I am a medical student, and I need to present patient cases in the hospital to professors and doctors every day. We have a meeting every morning at 8 a.m. to discuss these cases. However, I often feel blocked at the beginning of my sentences. For example, when I try to say ‘This is a patient called…’, I get stuck on the word ‘This’ and experience a total silence. I find it hard to pronounce certain letters like ‘T’, ‘P’, and ‘A’. This doesn’t happen when I’m speaking alone. Is this a neurological problem or just anxiety? Please solution, i want to be a great Doctor one day🤍
