Yeah I know many have the confidence not to let their stammer hold them back, I admire them for that, me I've always been totally embarrassed and ashamed of it.. Around 30 tears ago I started training as a driving instructor, passed the first two sessions, which were written based, but when it came to the practical verbal part I was asked to do a mock lesson in front of around 20 other people, I just couldn't do it.. I left and never returned. I guess that made a huge dent in my confidence.. I've mainly had jobs that hardly include any interaction at all..
