>Science and Technology will progress so far In the past five years, more than 10,000 [research](https://www.google.com/search?q=free+research+databases) studies on stuttering have been published - quite a significant amount to read through. No one (or almost no one seemingly) on social media are actively synthesizing and discussing recent research studies. To my eyes, researchers often focus on investigating unimportant details, and therefore I think that they overlook crucial aspects of subconscious fluency. I admit that researchers possess a wealth of textbook knowledge about stuttering, but only (recovered) PWS truly experience(d) it firsthand. If more (recovered) PWS were to engage in summarizing and discussing recent research studies, the field of stuttering development could witness enormous growth in my opinion.
