If she's not in speech therapy make sure she gets it, either through school or outside of school. However, don't get upset with her if she doesn't bevome fluent. I was in speech therapy through all of school and I'm still not fluent to this day. Since it's affecting her so much, maybe get her a regular therapist as well so she can learn how to properly deal with her emotions. If you can't afford it or don't want to, just be there for her. That's all that matters at the end of the day.
