That’s awesome, and super relatable! I also did some speech therapy for a while. It improved my fluency a bit, but like you said, getting rid of the secondary stuff (avoiding eye contact, ticks, etc.) was huge, and for me it helped me have the confidence to just stutter openly without feeling like I needed to hide it. Congrats on your achievements! 🥳
