Once after a night of drinking I was sleeping it off in the passenger seat of my car "being responsible" a cop opened my door and fired questions at me, I just couldn't talk. Needless to say he jerked me out of my car and I was later charged with assault on a police officer. Had I been able to talk I dont believe any of this would have happened. Charges got reduced to disorderly conduct by the way.
