I was taught in speech therapy to use “bridge sounds” (idk if that’s the right term) to bounce to sounds that are hard for me. Like W’s, which sometimes even as an adult I’ll have to start with saying an S. Although nowadays I kinda stop and control my breathing to help with blocks. I hope this helps!
