FaceTimed the guy I met on a dating app. He told me I gave off serious “virgin” vibes I’m 23 years old and I’ve never been in a relationship. I don’t want to reveal my stutter. I get so embarrassed of it. So I choose not to. I was texting this guy I matched with for a couple of days and we FaceTimed. Things were going OK for the first few minutes. I asked him what he wanted to a relationship and he was saying that he was open to anything. I told him what I wanted. He then asked me if I was a virgin. And I said yes. I further elaborated that I never even kissed a guy before. He was honest with me and told me that he didn’t think he was that type of guy for me. He told me that he dated like 50 different women. we very quickly established that we weren’t the person for each other. He then told me that I give serious virgin vibes. He said that even before I told him I was a virgin, he could tell I was very anxious and didn’t want to talk to him. Obviously, he and I have very different lifestyles. And that’s all right. I don’t know. It just hurts that I give off serious virgin vibes. I suffer from anxiety, and I have a slight speech impediment. I’m not sad that he rejected me. And all likelihood, we wouldn’t have worked out anyway. I’m just disappointed is all.
