What do i do when am COMPLETELY stuck

What do i do when am COMPLETELY stuck I try snd stay relaxed and slow my speech so i don't stutter and it works good then BOOM! I come across especially a word starting with a vowel and i cant move forward at all no matter what I do. Its so frustrating any help will be appreciated
