I totally understand that perspective. I never had a date until halfway through college because I couldn't manage to talk to people fluently. I wish I had a recommendation, but I'd just say if you have an activity where you feel comfortable and find that contributes to fluency, then that can be a great organic way to meet people without feeling like stuttering is the focal point. Whether it's a casual sports league, or boardgame meetups, or a hiking group. Of course all that is pretty difficult right now...
