Do you all get stuck on specific words for like a whole day then never again?

Do you all get stuck on specific words for like a whole day then never again? I work in the "referral" department at my work (work-from-home call center job). I say the word referral a lot when working, obviously. Today I just really could not say it though, unless I really stressed the "re" part of the word, and even then it would only come out some of the time. Anyone else experience this? Any anecdotes?
