I'm just browsing this sub out of curiousity but I didn't expect that people would be so self conscious about their stutter. Some people talk with weird accents, some people don't pronounce words properly, some people speak in broken English, some people stutter. In school days of course it's understandable to be self-conscious since kids like to make fun of anyone different. But it's not even something regular people think about. The vast majority of people are more interested in what you have to say than how you say it.
