How do you guys deal with talking with someone stranger?

How do you guys deal with talking with someone stranger? Hello guys, I have been stuttering since 3 or 4 years now I am 19. How do you guys deal with anxiety when you try to talk or ask something with strangers in public places? When stutter hits I can't even make a sound I just got stuck with it. Please share your experience and give me some tips please Thank you.
